Notification of AGM ~ 2011
The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday 22 November 2011 at St Francis Primary School, Aiken Road, Taw Hill, Swindon, SN25 1UH at 7.45 pm
The following Officers will be elected to the Executive Committee in accordance with 2.2(a) of the Constitution:
Chairman
Club Secretary
Treasurer
Competition Secretary
Membership Secretary
Social Secretary
Fixtures Secretary
Welfare Officer
Water Polo Secretary
Health & Safety Officer
Club Captain
A further 12 Committee Members will be elected to fill some or all the following roles in accordance with 2.2(e) of the Constitution (allocation of specific roles to the 12 Committee Members will take place at the next Executive Committee Meeting following the AGM)

ASA Registrations Officer
Assistant Membership Secretary
Coaching/Teaching Liaison Officer
Disability Liaison Officer
Small Pool Representative
Swim 21 Co-ordinator
Swim Shop
Trophy Steward
Volunteer Co-ordinator

The nomination process:
Nomination Forms can be obtained either from Sharon Woolford, Club Secretary or by downloading the SD AGM 2011 Nov 22 Nomination Form from the web site
Nominations properly proposed and seconded must to be returned to the Club Secretary 15 days prior to the meeting
If two or more nominations are received for a post,a candidate profile will be circulated prior to the AGM
