Samantha Berry – National Finalist in 100m Butterfly
Samantha
Berry qualified
for her first ever National final in the 100m butterfly on day three of the ASA
National Age Group Championships (Bagcats) at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre
today. Her personal best time of 1.14.35
in the heat saw her placed eighth going into the final. She
held on to her eighth place in the final touching in a time of 1.14.57.
James
Clark was
back in the pool in the 200m Individual Medley this
morning. Clark, a bronze medallist in
this event last year, was disappointed with his performance finishing thirty first.
James joins Cathal
Westman in
their favourite event, the 200m breaststroke tomorrow while Rosie
Wells swims
in the 200m backstroke.
