Torch Relay Selection for Dolphin’s Sharon Woolford

Swindon Dolphin are delighted that Sharon Woolford has been selected to represent BMW Group UK in the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay.

Sharon is one of 70 people chosen to represent BMW in the Torch Relay and was nominated by the Sales Manager at Dick Lovett BMW Swindon.

Sharon is Swindon Dolphin’s Club Secretary and has been volunteering with the club since her son joined in 2004. She has also been an active volunteer for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in Swindon since 2005.

8,000 of the most inspirational people in the UK will carry the Olympic Torch on its 70 day journey across Britain between 19 May and 27 July 2012.

Sharon’s moment to shine is on day 60 of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay; Tuesday 17 July 2012 in Crowborough, East Sussex.
